If you are a bank, dealership, or finance company and are in need of insurance verification, please contact the insurance carrier* directly. We encourage all our policyholders to direct any customer service/billing issues directly with their insurance carrier. If you are not able to reach your insurance carrier, then please call us at 610-432-2887 and choose Option 4. Claims: If you have been in an accident and need to file a claim, please contact your carrier immediately*. Every carrier has their own hours of operation. If you are not able to reach a live claim representative, please leave a detailed message for your carrier so that one of their representatives may return your call.
